Size sorting and recognition just got even better

Size cleaning and management is a headache for any merchandiser working in fashion retail. This is where Voyado Elevate shine, removing obstacles and workload

But some size formats in shoes, hats, groupings of sizes and more were still causing issues, resulting in merchandisers to spending unnecessary time finding workarounds to get sorting right.

We have just released an improvement removing a long list of  issues:

  • Better numeric sortingfor sizes with prefixes/suffixes (e.g., “50 ml” before “100 ml”, “Size 5” before “Size 10”).
  • Expanded recognition of SML sizes, including support for Mexican SML sizes and mixed capitalization.
  • Improved UK shoe size handling(e.g., “UK 13 INF”, “UK 2”, “UK 12” now follow correct order).
  • Enhanced fraction and range sorting(e.g., hat sizes with fractions down to ⅛, proper order for “5”, “6-7”, “8”).
  • Better recognition of age sizesacross multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, etc.).
  • Smarter handling of fraction-like sizes, distinguishing between actual fractions (3/4) and multiple-dimension sizes (31/32).
  • Consistent variant sorting, ensuring products with multiple sizes follow an inferred format for a seamless customer experience.

New additions to the Flexible BI-template

Flexible BI is the easiest and most flexible way to access your Engage data in the BI tool of your choice. Just use the pre-built Delta share data schema or cut the starting time to basically zero and use the Power BI template.

We have added new data into the template, enabling you to take even better control over your performance data.

  • New attribution dataset– enabling the user to check attribution on the “store”-concept, and check attributed revenue connected to the “customer”-object.
  • CLV data– Customer lifetime value data is now part of the template.
  • A new view– letting you cluster different types of mail into categories for better marketing automation tracking.

We are in the process of making updated templates available to all existing customers.  Contact support or your account manager to be among the first to get access.

Multi-factor authentication now available

We have updated how everyone logs into Voyado Engage.

This update is designed to provide stronger security for accounts while enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA), ensuring your data remains safe and secure.

Here’s what have changed:

  • New login interface: A refreshed and user-friendly login form to support the updated login process.
  • Email-based login: Logging in using your registered email address instead of a username.
  • Multi-factor authentication: Use your preferred authenticator app to generate a one-time code to log in
