Hi, and welcome back!

In this product update we’ll cover topics like a fresh new look for Automations and Onsite messaging, extended flexibility for order emails and hierarchy page listing. But before exploring these product releases and improvements, we took the chance of asking our CPO if he could share his view of the year that lies ahead.

Fresh UI for Onsite messaging

We’ve made several improvements to Onsite messaging. These improvements enhance usability, streamline workflows, and create a more intuitive experience for you.

Key updates include:

  • A cleaner and more logical design in the editor.
  • Improved targeting and behavior settings.
  • Simplified navigation with better menu alignment.
  • Tooltips for quick guidance.
  • Reorganizing text fields and toggles for a smoother setup.
  • A new preset splash screen for an enhanced creation flow.

We’ve also introduced ‘Standard and Advanced modes’ to make the user experience tailored to different needs. All these updates aim to make Onsite messaging even more powerful and efficient, so you can focus on creating meaningful customer interactions that drive growth.

 

Your Order emails just got more flexible

You shared your input, and we listened. Based on your feedback, we’ve expanded the data model for order line items in email communications to better support your needs. So, what’s new?

With this update, you can:

  • Include details about multiple deliveries in a single email when shipments are split.
  • Highlight offers and sale prices with enhanced data fields.

And don’t forget—upgrading to the latest version of the Order API ensures that your orders are available in Engage immediately. This means you no longer need to wait until orders are delivered or paid to access the data. It allows you to follow up on marketing activities more effectively, as purchase data—especially from online transactions—is available instantly, instead of being delayed by days or even weeks.

New order fields:

  • Line Item Group
  • Original Sales Price (before discount)
  • Sub Total
  • Total Tax

Take full advantage of these updates and make your customer communication even more effective!

 

New look, same powerful automations

Automation components like activities, delays, and splits now come with a refreshed layout designed to give you a clearer and more organized view of your automation flow. The updated design includes collapsible panels to keep things tidy and introduces an improved editing mode that highlights added or modified activities. You’ll also notice more details displayed directly in the workflow and streamlined menus to reduce unnecessary clicks. We hope you enjoy the smoother and more intuitive experience!

 

Hierarchy Page Listing

In beta, launching soon.

The Hierarchy Page Listing is a new feature designed to help users navigate complex structures with ease. It organizes items into a clear, tree-like structure, allowing you to quickly expand or collapse levels to explore parent-child relationships.

This feature is offering a clean and organized way to access and update information, saving you time and reducing effort.
