Elevate’s product intelligence engine just got even more powerful. It’s no longer just for product search—it helps shoppers find the right content.

With Intelligent Content Search, we’re empowering you to go beyond keywords. This means more relevant results when your customers seek guidance and inspiration in your blog posts, size guides, care instructions, or inspiration to get the most out of their purchase.

Recommendation report – get clear on what’s working and not

Finally, crystal-clear insights into your recommendation performance.

The new Recommendation report in Voyado Elevate provides a window into how each recommendation algorithm performs, enabling you to take action and optimize performance confidently.

The Recommendation Report shows key performance metrics per algorithm: clicks, add-to-carts, purchases, add-to-cart rate, and conversion rate. That means you can:

  • Spot which recommendations are driving results
  • Identify underperformers and enable adjustments

This supports smarter merchandising decisions and ultimately helps drive higher conversions and revenue.

Introducing a new revenue dashboard

We’ve rolled out a new dashboard to give you a clear overview of key revenue contributors and support data-driven decision-making.

With the new dashboard, you’ll gain insights into key factors like contact database size, purchase frequency, and average transaction value to assess the impact of member recruitment, loyalty initiatives, and personalized communication. Additionally, you’ll be able to explore performance breakdowns by attribution, including channel (email/SMS) and automation versus manual send-outs.

Email exposure tactics

Retail marketers need to stay top-of-mind without overwhelming customers. Too many emails can cause fatigue and unsubscribes—too few, and key messages get missed. We’re enhancing the Interactions concept to offer filtering across multiple data fields within each Interaction schema. This upgrade will allow marketers to perform more detailed and precise analysis, personalization, and specialized targeting. Focused initially on measuring non-purchasing behavior, the expanded functionality enables deeper segmentation and insights based on specific user events, empowering marketing teams to craft more tailored and impactful communication strategies.
