Interactions is a new API that helps retailers and brands capture interaction data beyond the typical purchasing actions and create engaging communication. You can capture interactions and have the event data actionable throughout Voyado Engage, allowing segmentation and creating target audiences.

Introducing: Current Interest

We are excited to introduce Current Interest, a new feature combining the power of customer data in Engage with the product knowledge from Elevate.

Capture the customer interest as they search, browse, and view products on your website. Understand the brands, product types, or occasions they are interested in.

Create amazingly relevant re-targeting campaigns to win customers back. Inspire and engage with targeting based on who they are and what they are interested in right now.

Limit in Automation

We are excited to introduce an improvement in automation flows. A new split is available that can limit how many contacts that can pass.

Here are some examples of use cases:

Budget

Limit the number of contacts that can get SMS messages during a period to avoid exceeding the budget.

NPS

Don’t send NPS surveys too often to the same customer by combining a limited number of contacts in flows and quarantining those included this month for 90 days.

Contest

Run a sales campaign where only the first 50 who buy a product get to enter.
