Supporting D2C growth and physical store expansion
The first step of the project will be to integrate and take in customer data from the POS and consequently all physical stores. The next phase will then be to create a unified environment across e-commerce and physical stores, which will allow Rains to easily onboard, identify and track customer engagement and interactions throughout their entire journey regardless of channels and markets.
