Fjellsport invests in Voyado to drive personalization and accelerate their growth

Fjellsport AS runs the online store Fjellsport.no, which is Norway's best online store for hiking and outdoor equipment. They offer a wide range of high-quality goods, fast delivery, solid product knowledge and fantastic customer service.

In 2020 Fjellsport.no had sales of NOK 700 million and is currently growing rapidly as the market for functional clothing and gear is on the rise. The company is part of the Outnordic Group, which operates similar online stores in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Germany.

As Fjellsport takes the next step on the journey to expand and further accelerate its D2C operations, the possibility to personalize at scale was needed. With a strong existing membership club, segmentation and creating relevant communication was one of the reasons why Voyado become the natural choice. Another important factor was the combination of the future Voyado and Apptus offering which will enable Fjellsport to be at the forefront within relevance across all channels.
