As Carl Hansen & Søn takes the next step on the journey to expand and further accelerate their D2C operations, a solution to enable data-driven insights and personalization at scale is needed. Previously, Carl Hansen & Søn worked with a traditional email service provider and therefore lacked the possibility of a unified communication strategy that takes advantage of all customer data, marketing automation, and machine learning.
