Baum und Pferdgarten previously worked with a traditional marketing automation platform which limited them in many ways, especially with regard to data collection and customer profiling and, consequently, advanced reporting. This made it practically impossible for them to understand their customers and create relevant and personalized communication. Another challenge was the time-consuming task of connecting their customer data for online advertising. With Voyado, they can now automatically sync segments to both Facebook and Google for personalized advertising and improved ROAS.

One other important decision factor was the well-developed partner and platform ecosystem that supports Voyado CXP.
