The challenge
Turning in-store purchases into reviews, not just online orders
For Megaflis, product pages are where purchase decisions get made or abandoned. Shoppers evaluating tiles and flooring aren’t impulse buyers. They’re researching, comparing, and looking for reassurance from people who’ve already made the same choice.
Collecting that reassurance and making it useful beyond the product page required review capabilities that were genuinely connected to the rest of the customer experience. Not a standalone widget or a separate dashboard. Something integrated with the customer data Megaflis was already working with inside Voyado.
There was a second, bigger gap most review tools don’t solve. A large share of Megaflis’s sales happen in its physical stores, not online. A standalone review tool only sees the online order, so for a retailer with a strong in-store footprint, most of the purchases that could generate a review were invisible to begin with.
The cost of building that into how teams worked physically wouldn’t be feasible at scale, and would require manual engagement, training, and implementation to connect to Megaflis’ CRM.
