Voyado is a European retail technology company. We build the agentic OS for retail, which brings customer, product, and order data together so AI can make informed decisions across the customer journey. We build only for retail.
We work office-first. Most people are in the office four days a week and work from home one day. We think the best work happens when people are in the same room: ideas get challenged in person, and new people learn from the team around them.
Our headquarters is in Stockholm. We also have offices in Lund, Norrköping, Linköping and Åre, plus London and Amsterdam.
It starts with a review of your CV. If your background is a strong match for the role, we’ll invite you to a 30-minute intro call with a recruiter. From there, the process has three more steps: a hiring interview with the hiring manager, a practical case or task based on the role, and a chance to meet the team.
English is our company language and what we use day to day. Some roles may ask for another language, and the job listing will say so.

Yes. Using AI well is part of every role at Voyado, from sales and marketing to engineering and operations. We’re moving from experimenting with AI to using it in our daily work. We run AI workshops team by team, built around real use cases, and we’re building our own tools, including a company knowledge graph and a framework for AI agents. You’ll be expected to use AI to get better results in your role, and we’ll help you learn how.
