Until now, personalization has mainly relied on historical data, meaning new shoppers have often experienced a more general version of your site. Relevant, but not always responsive to what’s happening in the moment. This is where in-session personalization comes in.

Real-time personalization is now live across search and product listings.

The moment a shopper interacts with your site—a click, a search, a product page visit—what they see next adjusts to reflect it. Not based on a segment they were placed in last month, but on what they’re doing right now.

For anonymous visitors, this means the site starts learning from the very first interaction and keeps adapting as they explore—creating a more relevant and engaging onsite experience from the start.

Now launching: Connected recommendations

We’ve just launched a major evolution of Add-to-Cart recommendations in Voyado Elevate:

This isn’t a simple rules upgrade. It’s a purpose-built machine learning model trained on each store’s real customer behavior and unique assortment structure. Every store now gets its own model that continuously adapts to co-purchase patterns, interaction signals, and product relationships as live data flows in.

Search tweaks: More relevant results across languages

We’ve shipped improvements to how search understands and ranks results — most impactful for sites with multilingual audiences or broad content catalogs.

Content search is now more consistent and predictable:

  • Autocomplete suggestions no longer suppress other relevant matches
  • Simplified ranking logic means shoppers see more complete, accurate results across content pages, guides, and campaigns

Multilingual search now stays in its lane. A new Semantic Collision Guard prevents fallback language interpretation from overriding a confident match in the shopper’s primary language:

  • “Pumps” in Swedish no longer surfaces sneakers via English fallback
  • “Short” in Spanish/Mexican markets no longer pulls in unintended English matches
  • Similar fixes apply to Dutch and other markets where local and English vocabulary overlap

Automations that run on your schedule, and react instantly to customer preferences

We’re making automations easier to manage and more responsive to real customer behavior. You can now schedule automations to start and stop automatically. That means you can plan ahead for launches, campaigns, and time-sensitive activities, without needing to manually turn things on or off. It reduces operational overhead, minimizes risk, and ensures everything runs exactly when it should.

At the same time, automations can instantly act on opt-ins and opt-outs. When a customer updates their preferences, your flows respond in real time. No delays, no workarounds.
