Request Error Monitoring

We’ve introduced a smarter way to keep your integrations running smoothly!

The new report view ‘Monitoring – Request Errors’ gives you a clear, structured overview of any failed API requests — helping you spot issues faster and stay in control.

Errors are automatically grouped by type and likely cause, so you can quickly understand what’s happening and take action. You can also dive into recent errors for deeper insights, making it easier to identify patterns and prevent future problems.

With this update, you’ll spend less time troubleshooting and more time delivering seamless experiences for your customers.

Updated search funnel insights and metrics

Your customers are telling you what they want — now you can see more of how they act on it. With our latest update to the  Search phrase report, you’ll get a clearer view of what’s working (and what’s not) in on-site search.

You’ll now see Clicks and Add to Cart metrics (data collected from 25 October) tied to each search phrase, plus total counts across any time period you choose. That means sharper product discovery insights and greater confidence in what drives engagement.

Not seeing your add to cart or clicks? Make sure your integration event setup includes Click and Add to cart tracking to get the full picture.

And this is just the beginning — more powerful search performance metrics are on the way.

In-session personalization for search (Beta)

A new AI feature is now live in open beta; In-session personalization dynamically adapts and reorders search results based on each shopper’s real-time behavior (recent clicks and views in the current or latest session).

Early results with customers show improved engagement and conversion, with less friction (fewer clicks) in shoppers’ journeys towards discovering a product they want.

This is the first step on our journey with personalization, with more to come soon.

The latest Email Design Studio updates

We’ve introduced several valuable updates to the Email Design Studio, making it even easier to create dynamic and personalized campaigns.

You can now use the new Target Audience and Label display conditions to fine-tune exactly who sees what. We’ve also added support for a Custom Data Source, allowing you to connect both APIs and other dynamic content. To improve usability, you’ll see clearer error messages in the interface and more detailed logs when issues occur. Finally, the Product Feed data source has been enhanced with a more intuitive UI — making it smoother to manage and display product content across campaigns.

Smarter workflows for editorial merchandisers

We’ve rolled out several updates to make merchandising faster and more insightful:

  • Boost & Bury just got smarter — clearer headers, full-precision values, session-level data, and tooltips for missing values give you more accurate insights at a glance.
  • Export from Product Sets — export products directly from the Product Selection view to share lists or run analyses faster.
  • Product Set API now live — manage product sets across systems with full import/export control and reliable integrations.

We’ve made security simpler!

With Single Sign-On (SSO) now available as beta in Voyado Elevate, your teams can log in once and access everything securely — no more juggling passwords.

SSO strengthens data protection, reduces the risk of unauthorized access, and makes compliance easier, all while giving users a faster, smoother experience. It’s security and convenience, seamlessly combined.

Unlock in-store loyalty with the LS Central integration

Voyado now integrates with LS Central, LS Retail’s all-in-one POS and ERP system, making it easier to deliver personalized loyalty experiences. The integration connects Voyado Engage to the in-store environment, enabling real-time data flow and smarter customer interactions.

With the integration in place, retailers can:

  • Identify and enroll members directly at the POS
  • Synchronize sales and refund data to Voyado Engage
  • Trigger personalized promotions and bonus checks
  • Benefit from support for multi-market setups and offline environments
