Introducing a new integration with Vipps Benefits
We’re excited to announce our latest integration with Vipps, Norway’s leading mobile payment app, trusted by 3 million users—about 75% of the market! The integration between Voyado Engage and Vipps brings you two powerful features: Vipps Log-in and Vipps Benefits (Fordeler).
Vipps Log-in offers a seamless way to identify, register, and onboard customers in physical stores using the Vipps app. At checkout, customers simply scan a QR code in their Vipps app. Once scanned, their phone number is instantly retrieved and displayed, creating a new contact in Voyado Engage via the POS integration. This triggers an automated process, asking the customer via a Vipps app push notification to share their data and consent.
Vipps Benefits
The Vipps app provides customers with a comprehensive overview of their active memberships and the benefits they can access, such as vouchers, promotions, and points from Voyado Engage. Customers can also discover and join new loyalty programs, either through merchant websites or directly within the app, and easily activate these benefits during purchases.
