Clever filter restrictions
Products you have in your stores today may not be there tomorrow; the models might go out of season or sell out, and therefore no longer be promoted. But—customers who have already bought the product may still want to be able to access the product page with all the valuable use and care information.
With some thinking ahead, you can have a strategy where certain products get filtered out from being displayed in search results but still be available if you have the URL. Voyado Elevate provides the option of using a filter restriction across your site, letting you restrict products that are no longer being sold.
This ensures a customer can still access the product page and get relevant information if the URL was included in the order confirmation, receipt, or product care mail.
