Defining the need

Akademibokhandeln is the leading bookseller in Sweden. Their customer club started in 2015 and quickly grew to over two million members and won Loyalty Program of the Year in 2019 at Sweden’s Retail Awards. They needed a platform that could match their ambitious expansion plans that could also be easily used by anyone in the organization.

The challenge
